ရန်ကုန် – သြဂုတ်လ ၈ ရက်၊ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် – အေးရှားဝေါလ်ကုမ္ပဏီ (“အေးရှားဝေါလ်” သို့မဟုတ် “လုပ်ငန်းစု”) မှ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ်လ ၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီ၏ အချက်အလက်ရှာဖွေရေးမစ်ရှင် (“FFM”) မှ ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ သော အခြေအမြစ် မရှိသည့် စွပ်စွဲချက်များ ပါဝင်သည့် အစီရင်ခံစာကို ပြင်းထန်စွာ ရှုံ့ချကန့်ကွက်ပါသည်။

အစီရင်ခံစာတွင်ပါရှိသော အေးရှားဝေါလ်ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ၄င်း၏ တည်ထောင်သူ ဥက္ကဌဖြစ်သည့် ဦးထွန်းမြင့်နိုင်နှင့် ပက်သက်ပြီး ခိုင်လုံမှုမရှိသော အစီရင်ခံစာများ၊ တိကျသေချာမှုမရှိသည့် များစွာသော အချက်အလက်များမှာ အေးရှားဝေါလ်ကုမ္ပဏီအား အဖျက်သဘော ဆောင်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်ပင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အေးရှားဝေါလ်ကုမ္ပဏီသည် တာဝန်သိနိုင်ငံသားပိုင်ကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ဖွဲ့စည်း တည်ထောင်ထားသော ပြည်သူ့အကျိုးပြုပရဟိတအဖွဲ့ အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် အေးရှားဝေါလ်ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုနှင့် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးအစရှိသည့် ကဏ္ဍများတွင် ထောက်ပံ့လှူဒါန်းမှုများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် စွမ်းစွမ်းတမံဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

အေးရှားဝေါလ်အနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ အကူအညီအထောက်အပံ့ပေးရေး၊ ပြန်လည်နေရာချထားရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးစီမံကိန်း (UEHRD) ၏ ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များတွင် အလှူငွေများထည့်ဝင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးနှင့် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံတည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ကာ ပြည်သူ့အကျိုးပြုပရဟိတအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် အေးရှားဝေါလ်ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း၏ ချမှတ်ထားသော သံဓိဌာန်နှင့်အညီ နိုင်ငံ၏ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုနှင့် သဘာဝဘေး အန္တရာယ်ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးကဏ္ဍများတွင် ကောင်းမွန်သော အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှု များဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေရန် ရည် ရွယ်၍ အင်တိုက်အားတိုက်ပါဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

Asia World Company (“Asia World” or the “Group”) strongly refutes the unfounded allegations contained in a report dated 5 August 2019 issued by the Human Rights Council’s Fact-Finding Mission (“FFM”).

Apart from references to unsubstantiated reports and various inaccuracies about Asia World and its founder and Managing Director, Htun Myint Naing, the report does a great disservice to corporations such as Asia World. Asia World is a responsible corporate citizen and through the Asia World Foundation, promotes and supports education, health care and relief efforts.

Asia World’s cash donations and participation in Myanmar’s Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement and Development (UEHRD), under the latter’s Construction and Infrastructure Task Force, are efforts in line with our Foundation’s objectives to achieve greater accessibility to education, health care, disaster and emergency relief.
